DAR and VFW team up on November 11 every year to put on a Veterans Day program at the Hollis Congregational Church which is open to the public
             
     
Colors are marched in at the beginning of the ceremony and speakers address the audience.
             
     
     
         
 

After the ceremony in the church, all are invited to Hardy Hall (Church Basement) to partake in refreshments prepared by member of the Daughter of the American Revolution (DAR).
